Awareness on supporting victims

This PDF document (in French) has been designed to guide violence referral persons in small and medium-sized organisations in French-speaking Switzerland in welcoming and supporting victims of physical, psychological, and/or sexual violence.

It offers practical tools and clear guidance to provide respectful initial listening, prevent secondary victimisation, and address the specific needs of victims.

By relying on concrete examples and precise legal information, this awareness initiative aims to strengthen the confidence and skills of violence referral persons while creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone. Accessible and pragmatic, it highlights best practices for acting with empathy and effectiveness, ensuring that victims are promptly and correctly directed to specialised resources.

To download this document for free, you are invited to provide your email address. In case of updates or changes to the document, you will receive the updated version.
